Job Summary: * Unistrut, containment, and overhead support installations. * Measure and cut accurately, install level and plumb. * Read and follow drawings, instructions. * Prepare field notes, interpret engineering drawings in the field, and make recommendations for changes as required. * Coordinate and communicate activities with other employees, departments, and management. Job Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities: * Basic knowledge of construction tools and standard building practices. * Experience in carpentry or electrical work is a plus. * Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new skills. * Must possess a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record. * Ability to read and interpret blueprints. * Reliable, motivated, and eager to grow within the trade. * We are willing to train promising candidates and support placement into the Union. Education and Experience: * 4-6 years of relevant job experience (similar industry or essential duties). * Must have graduated high school or received a GED. * We are hiring in markets across the country - Willingness to Travel. Physical Requirements: * Ability to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl. * Life up to 75 lbs.   Pay rates and benefit levels are determined by union classifications which are set by the union.
