REQUIREMENTS

• Trade qualification in Carpentry (Certificate III or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in residential construction
• Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans
• White Card (General Construction Induction Card)
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Own tools

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform carpentry work including framing, decking, cladding, doors, and fit-outs
• Read and interpret technical drawings and plans
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install timber and other materials to specification
• Ensure all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
• Liaise with site supervisors, builders, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow
