Description

ICBM SERVICES PTY LTD is looking for an experienced Carpenter for our client’s construction industry (residential homes, commercial buildings, and public spaces) across NSW, WA in Australia. On a full-time basis, you will be part of a multidisciplinary and well-supported team.
Title: Carpenter, Full-time position
Salary: A$ 85,000.00 to 95,000.00 plus super
Work Location: In person.
We are looking for applicants who demonstrate the following:

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
  • Valid driver’s license and own transport (preferred)
    · Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
    · Physical stamina and strength.
    · Attention to detail and precision.
    · Good communication and teamwork skills.
    · Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Experience:

  • Carpentry: 2 years (Required
Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering plans to precisely measure, cut, and assemble materials.
  • Construct, install, and repair structures such as walls, floors, ceilings, stairs, door frames, windows, cabinets, and other wooden fixtures.
  • Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Estimate materials, labor, and costs needed for carpentry projects and prepare detailed work plans.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure the project specifications are met.
  • Supervise and coordinate with junior carpenters and other workers on the job site.
  • Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy before final installation or handover.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment during and after the project completion.
  • Troubleshoot and solve on-site problems quickly to keep projects on schedule.
