Description Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced carpenter with stucco experience to join our team. This role involves constructing, installing, and repairing structures made of wood, metal, and other materials, as well as applying stucco finishes to walls and ceilings. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and techniques, as well as experience in stucco application. Key Responsibilities: Construct, install, and repair structures made of wood, metal, and other materials. Measure and cut materials according to specifications, using hand and power tools. Install fixtures, such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim. Apply stucco finishes to walls and ceilings. Prepare surfaces for stucco application, including cleaning, sanding, and patching. Mix and apply stucco to surfaces using trowels, brushes, and spray equipment. Install and repair drywall, plaster, and related interior finishes as needed. Inspect, maintain, and safely operate all carpentry and stucco tools and equipment. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working on construction sites. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. At least 3 years of experience in carpentry and stucco application. Knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and techniques. Familiarity with stucco materials and application methods. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building plans. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime, as needed. Potential for weekly overnight travel, 1-2 days per week. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Physical Requirements: • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds • Ability to climb ladders and work on rooftops
