About the Opportunity
We’re looking for innovative individuals who can bring fresh perspectives to our team. We are currently hiring for a Lead Carpenter/Site Supervisor to join our team. The following requirements are non negotiable.
Payrate: $28 - $38 depending on experience

Requirements

• Must have class 5 license and clean drivers abstract
• Minimum 3-5 years carpentry experience
• Your own hand tools (specialty tools will be provided)
• Ability to properly read a tape measure
• Capability of lifting 80+ lbs
• Good organization and time management skills
• Understanding of roof pitch/trusses, load bearing walls & support systems

Responsibilities

• Building decks, fences, pergolas, as well as framing for concrete
• Collaborate with PM’s to ensure proper project execution
• Work with other divisions within the company to complete projects
• Read blueprints and site plans

This is a very involved position, therefore we are looking for an “A” game player
