We are currently looking for a Carpentry Specialist Foreman to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, site-based role for a highly skilled and motivated professional who can lead and manage carpentry installation works across various projects including kitchens, wardrobes, cabinets, and doors.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage on-site carpentry installation works.
Perform accurate onsite measurements and ensure precise execution.
Read and interpret detailed technical drawings and project plans.
Oversee the installation process, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Coordinate with team members to meet project deadlines and standards.
Maintain safety compliance and enforce site regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of carpentry experience in Dubai.
Valid UAE Driving License.
Strong technical knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and accessories.
Proficiency in reading drawings and executing accordingly.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to troubleshoot, adapt, and work independently.
Good command of English spoken and written
Team-oriented with a proactive work ethic.
What We Offer:
Salary: AED 3,000 – 5,000 based on experience
