We are an Approved Maintenance Organization (AMO) that was established to assist airlines in the process of restructuring their non-flight critical maintenance activities and standard operations activities.
We offer leading services such as:
· Manufacturing of soft goods such as seat covers, carpet cutting/surging, & specialty cases
· Turnkey logistics management, inventory management, kitting programs and BFE management
· In-house repair and maintenance of seats, inserts, galley and lavatory monuments, communication devices, cockpit equipment, cargo components, ULD containers, and pallets as well as onboard cabin maintenance for seats and soft goods
We are seeking an experienced Carpet Serger to join our professional flooring team. The successful candidate will be responsible for finishing carpet edges using commercial 2-thread and 3-thread overlock serging machines to create professional, durable carpet installations. This position requires precision, attention to detail, and extensive experience with commercial serging equipment.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Minimum 2-3 years of commercial carpet serging experience with demonstrated proficiency in 2-thread and 3-thread overlock techniques.
  • Proven expertise with commercial overlock serging machines and specialized carpet finishing equipment.
  • Strong understanding of different carpet materials and appropriate serging methods for each type.
  • Experience with thread selection and color matching for professional carpet finishing.
  • Ability to read and interpret specifications and work from drawings.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for precision work with serging machines.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while operating equipment.
  • Physical stamina for repetitive tasks and maintaining quality standards throughout work shifts.

Responsibilities
