Strathearn Heights Ltd. is currently hiring for a Carpet Steam-Cleaner/ Maintenance Assistant to help manage the general maintenance and suite prep of our apartment community. QUALIFICATIONS

The qualifications of the Maintenance Assistant are as follows:

A MINIMUM OF 1 YEAR OF RELATED EXPERIENCE.

• Excellent communication skills.
• A vehicle is not required however reliable transportation is a must.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• Ability to self-start and work alone or as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs, bend, twist, walk, stand for long periods.

  Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 40 per week

The responsibilities of the Maintenance Assistant are as follows:

Perform any necessary preparation tasks for vacant suites, especially steam-cleaning of carpets as required. Additional duties::

• Pulling old carpets / nails, cleaning radiators.
• Painting of suites, if required.
• Outdoor painting of decks / stairs, if required.
• Leaf/ snow removal as required.
• Additional duties as assigned.
