This is a part-time position, approximately 12-20 hours per week, with flexibility to suit the right candidate. Saturday will be an essential day so please do not apply if you are not able to commit to working Saturdays.

This is a hands-on, customer-focused role where you’ll:

• Assist customers in choosing the perfect flooring to suit their needs and preferences, delivering outstanding customer service.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming showroom environment.
• Manage sales transactions, including cash and card payments.
• Take responsibility for opening and closing the store.
• Handle administrative tasks, such as ordering, invoicing, and maintaining the fitting diary in collaboration with our team of fitters.
