We are seeking a Carrier / Driver Compliance Officer to manage driver eligibility and postal badging compliance across our subcontracted fleet. This role is responsible for ensuring all drivers meet customer and contract requirements before being dispatched, with a primary focus on USPS-related operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the postal badging process for all applicable drivers Ensure only fully compliant drivers are dispatched on assigned routes Guide subcontractors through the step-by-step badging process Track driver eligibility, badging status, renewals, and expirations Serve as the liaison between subcontractors, internal teams, and the customer Enforce compliance deadlines with no exceptions Develop and maintain compliance tracking and documentation Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Short Term Disability Insurance at no cost to employee 401(k) Plan with Company Match Profit Sharing Plan Paid Time Off Holidays Compensation: $55,000-65,000 annual salary range Eligible for Year End Bonus Requirements Education and Experience: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
