We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring seamless operations within the supply chain and logistics sectors. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a solid understanding of various sales processes, including B2B sales and account management. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or transportation management is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data entry processes is essential.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales practices, including inside sales techniques.
  • Knowledge of freight operations, 3PL (Third Party Logistics), NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier), and logistics sales is advantageous.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Proficient in using transportation planning tools and systems such as AS400 or EDI (Electronic Data Interchange).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
