Our Carrier Sales Team plays a critical role in our success. While our Account Executives focus on securing freight from customers, our Carrier Sales Representatives work directly with trucking companies across the country to move the freight safely, efficiently, and profitably. Responsibilities: Build and manage relationships with carriers, owner-operators, dispatchers, and drivers across North America Source new carrier partners through outbound calls, networking, and industry tools Develop a network of trusted carriers you can rely on to move freight consistently Properly vet carriers to ensure our freight moves safely and efficiently Negotiate rates to ensure profitability while maintaining service reliability Provide full coverage and coordination of shipments for our Enterprise accounts – future, same day, and spot coverage.
