Overview Summary: This position reports to the Senior Manager, Carrier Services. The Carrier Services Specialist (CSS) supports the overall Carrier Services Business. The major function of this job is managing several key areas including carrier relationship management, SIP trunk and MPLS management, porting coordination and execution, as well as carrier circuit management.
