Duties Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Utilize effective upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Conduct training daily to strengthen yourself. Maintain knowledge of current products, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers. Collaborate with the sales, finance & management team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets. Communicate with customers through CRM Software via calling and texting. Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment for customers. Requirements Proven experience in retail sales or a similar role is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to cater to a broader customer base. Familiarity with software tools related to sales management and inventory control is a plus. Ability to show up on-time, commit to set schedule, and communicate to management when necessary. A proactive attitude towards upselling and enhancing the customer experience. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory and sales records. This position is 1099 and averages 50-60 hours per week. Pay is commission-only.
