  • Ensure all food safety regulations are adhered to, maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
  • Train new kitchen personnel in cooking techniques, food safety practices, and kitchen protocols.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
