Overview: Timewise is looking for a friendly and motivated Guest Services Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, explaining services, and creating a welcoming environment for our carwash operations. If you have a passion for service and a knack for sales, we’d love to meet you! Responsibilities: * Provide customers with courteous and efficient service * Greet customers and explain wash packages, membership options, and promotions. * Handle payments and resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and care. * Promote loyalty programs and upsell services to enhance customer experience. * Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming customer area. * Support team members and assist with site operations as needed. * Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Requirements: * Dependable and self-motivated with a positive attitude. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset. * Capacity to stand for extended periods and lift inventory weighing up to 50 pounds. * Previous cashier or retail experience is preferred but not required * Comfortable working in outdoor conditions including heat, cold, and wet weather. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Basic computer and POS system knowledge. * Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
