TECHNICAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS
As a key pillar of Sovereign Cloud Delivery, Cloud Application services (CAS) will offer our customers a seamless and consistent experience by simplifying end to end cloud application management.
We are looking for you as CAS Basis Consultant (f/m/d) to assist with shaping and managing our journey towards a unified and competitive business in the regulated industry with focus on cloud application management support services. Reporting to the Head of Global Cloud Application Services, you would be responsible for providing generalist Subject Matter Expertise across the technical operations of systems and applications in the cloud for the delivery organisation of the global CAS sovereign cloud unit with capabilities to ensure seamless delivery execution of cloud application support services for private and public cloud solutions.
Your areas of focus include enabling and mentoring internal and external delivery teams including quality assurance and continuous upskilling, leading the maintenance of complex SAP landscapes by providing technical expertise and support, resolving incidents and handling customer requests, acting as a trusted integration point between CAS and SAP solution/ product areas and hands-on support on customer incidents/ requests.
The ideal candidate has gained relevant technical expertise through successful customer implementation projects and/ or continuous operations support engagements. As a self- starter, the candidate will need to be able to work autonomously in a fast- paced environment and be willing to lead/ participate in working groups, internal initiatives and assist other team members in helping to create a lasting, customer- centric market presence for SAP Cloud Application Services. A key measure of success would be to increase CAS adoption, performance against commercial deliverables, improve customer satisfaction, retention, deliver to revenue and margin expectations.
This role requires the flexibility to work as part of a shift rotation or out of hours to support incidents, upgrades/patching, deployments and other support activities, as needed.
