Job Details Level: Senior Job Location: Wayne Office - Wayne, PA 19087 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: 4 Year Degree Travel Percentage: Negligible Job Category: Accounting The Client Account Services (CAS) Senior Accountant is responsible for assisting the CAS Department in providing accurate and timely accounting services for its clients, through managing relationships and overseeing staff level work. This position reports to the CAS Supervisor. Essential Functions Manage client relationships and client communication for assigned engagements Directly provide, delegate, or oversee accounting services for clients, including but not limited to: o Processing of client invoices to customers o Post customer payments o Data entry and accurate coding of client transactional activity o Preparation of sales tax reports for review o Process vendor bills received by client for payment o Review monthly A/P ledgers o Ensure W-9 forms are received from new vendors o Payroll processing through third party application o Prepare balance sheet reconciliations o Review and distribution of financial statements to client Qualifications Desired Education, Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting 3-5 years of experience High attention to detail and follow through with excellent organizational skills Ability to switch from proactive, independent work to collaborative, integrated team member as the task or project demands Proficient in time management with an emphasis on the importance of meeting deadlines while managing multiple projects and clients Strong communication and analytical skills Advanced relationship-building skills with a priority to serving and supporting clients Demonstrated positive attitude even during high stress seasons Flexibility to adapt to firm- and client- specific practices Ability and desire to learn new software and app integrations to create job efficiencies Experience with QuickBooks Online preferred. QuickBooks Desktop experience also a plus; will be required to become a QB Proadvisor if not already.
