Apply today!  Title:                    Expeditor Reports To:          Kitchen Manager Department:         Food & Beverage Summary of Position:  Ensure that all food orders are prepared according to Company guidelines to ensure an extraordinary guest experience. Responsibilities: * Oversee all food orders to ensure they are prepared in an accurate and timely manner according to Company procedures * Possess thorough and accurate knowledge of menu items and specials and orchestrate the efficient delivery of meals to all tables checking for accuracy, presentation and temperature * Assist with the final preparation of dishes as required * Ensure orders are being prepared with the correct priority * Eliminate obstacles in service, food preparation lines or dishwashing * Inspect premises to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment * Understand Company ISO (Environmental & Quality) management systems, Health and Safety standards, policies, goals and initiatives and meet the specific responsibilities within these areas * Other duties per Duties Checklist and as requested Position Requirements: * Excellent communication and people skills * Must be able to work a variety shifts, including weekends, and holiday shifts * Must be a team player capable of working with others in a positive manner * Possess or obtain ServSafe Certification in accordance with Company policy * Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently and handle tasks involving bending, twisting and squatting * Be well organized and have the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks at one time * Dexterity in using kitchen equipment or utensils and carrying heavy trays * Majority of shift will be spent on feet in a fast-paced environment, in close proximity to other people Education and Experience: Education:                  High School Diploma or equivalent Experience:                Minimum (1) year in a restaurant establishment   Benefits: * 401 k Retirement Plan * Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance * Paid Sick Time * Complimentary Employee Meals * Family Meals Discount Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability or protected veteran status and all other status protected by law.
