MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- For the bilingual position, proficiency in oral and written French at the advanced level.
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
- You have the ability to work with and apply legislation, policies, procedures, and guidelines
- You are able to acquire knowledge of the Family Responsibility and Support Arrears Enforcement Act
- You are proficient with computer software applications to enter and update data, draft correspondence, prepare statistical reports and spreadsheets
- You can operate office equipment including photocopiers, printers, and fax machines
ANALYTICAL, REASONING, AND PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS
- You can review, assess and determine needed action on a range of program documents in accordance with established standards and guidelines
- You can maintain an accurate file record for litigation purposes
- You have analytical skills to review documents for accuracy and completeness, identify missing items and/or errors and check quality of completed products
ORGANIZATIONAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE SKILLS
- You can prioritize, review, and process a high volume of documents within tight deadlines
- You have a sharp attention to detail to ensure accurate information is provided to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
- You can explain detailed information related to legal and program documents to staff, courts, and lawyers
- You have well-developed interpersonal and communication skills to maintain a positive working relationship with staff, clients and stakeholders.
- You can tactfully respond to sensitive issues while maintaining confidentiality
