Coordinates case administration and case management within the case management team. Provides continued support to Case Manager(s) and Panelists, as well as performs a wide variety of administrative, coordination, and program support activities. Performs all tasks accurately and with an appropriate sense of urgency. Responsibilities What you will do Completes tasks in an efficient, accurate manner as directed by Case Managers. Communicates and meets with Case Managers and local managers to discuss case issues. Supports Case Managers, clients, and Panelists throughout the entire lifecycle of a case. Provides administrative support for Case Managers and Panelists. Develops overall Case Manager skills, enhancing the client experience. Serves as Case Manager apprentice on mediations, competent to cover a Case Manager’s desk in their absence when appropriate. In certain circumstances the CC may be assigned a neutral (s) to support under the direction of a senior level case manager or manager. Collaborates with Panelist(s) to develop and administer their ADR practice including coordinating and scheduling of conference calls, pre-hearing preparation calls, moderating, customer service, interacting with clients, and hearings. Reviews closed cases to determine client satisfaction and future business opportunities. Other duties as assigned within similar scope. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline. Preferred 2-4 years of working in a legal administrative or assistant role. Required 2-4 years of working in legal and client service role. Plus Proficiency in all ADR processes and procedures. (Preferred proficiency) Knowledge of Panelists’ practice preferences in the local Resolution Center (RC). (Preferred proficiency) Computer literate and proficient in all software programs required for the position. (Required proficiency) Verbal and written communication skills. (Required proficiency)
Responsibilities
The Case Coordinator supports Case Managers and clients throughout the lifecycle of a case, ensuring efficient task completion and communication. They also collaborate with Panelists to develop and administer their ADR practices.
