If you're passionate about working with children and families, and eager to build your skills in mental health and at-risk youth support, this could be a great opportunity. What You Need A bachelor’s degree in a human services field. At least two years of experience working with youth in a residential setting. What You'll Do Manage a caseload of children in the Blue Skies program. Work with therapists, youth care workers, school personnel, and families to develop treatment and discharge plans.
