The Case Management and Intake Specialist is responsible for responding to reports of discrimination, harassment, and misconduct. This role involves coordinating intake interviews, documenting case details, coordinating next steps, and ensuring timely follow-up in accordance with the institute’s policies and procedures. The Specialist provides clear guidance to those involved in reported issues and assists with case tracking and data reporting to ensure compliance and support ongoing improvement efforts.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Associate’s Degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
OTHER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
State of Georgia Chief Boiler License; valid Georgia Driver’s License Must be able to pass a drug/alcohol pre-screening; position may require operating and maintaining building systems, machine tools, maintenance equipment, motor vehicles, hand/power tools, electrical/electronic instrumentation and light equipment; excellent interpersonal skills and ability to conduct one-on-one job training; activities may require extensive after hours work or callbacks; ability to work competently with dangerous materials in a dangerous environment, such as around or on rotating machinery, live electrical circuits, hazardous materials, high-pressure liquids and gas, and hot surfaces; may require lifting heavy objects of up to 75 lbs and working in confined spaces, such as climbing extension ladder and other types of ladders or using scaffolding, either inside or outside of a building; job may require wearing a full-face respirator in accordance with GT campus policies and procedures
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Two or more years of relevant experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline or equivalent.
ABILITIES
