KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’/’N’ or equivalent
  • Preferably with relevant experience
  • Basic customer or patient services skills
  • Positive attitude, good communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Excel, mail merge
  • Basic letter writing/email, minutes and notes taking.
  • English and a second language (ability to speak dialect will be beneficial)
Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Manager of Welfare Services, you shall provide daily administrative/logistics support on SCS Transport Services and SCS Financial Assistance schemes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide administrative/logistics support for SCS Transport Services

  • Attend to telephone/walk-in clients when required
  • Create applicant’s profile in LEAP
  • Prepare letter of approval/rejection to applicants
  • Prepare daily transport schedule
  • Process payment/claims
  • Track and monitor vans usage and prepare monthly/MSF reports for submission.

Provide administrative support for SCS Financial Assistance Schemes

  • Attend to telephone/walk-in clients when required
  • Create applicant’s profile in LEAP
  • Prepare letter of approval/rejection to applicants
  • Assist in the coordination of activities/programmes
  • Process hospitals and clinics’ bills/invoices
  • Assist in extracting reports from Leap for reporting and/or data analysis

Provide administrative support in TenderBoard

  • Process payments/claims
