Description Position Type: Full Time Hours per week: 40 Supervisor: Chief Operating Officer FLSA: Exempt Summary: Under the general supervision of the Chief Operating Officer, this position independently supervises and supports the case management team, oversees grant reporting tasks, and manages data entry. The Case Management Supervisor’s role is to establish efficient and effective housing processes to ensure clients’ safe and healthy transition to stable housing. Position Responsibilities: · Conduct weekly meetings with case managers to discuss client cases · Manage and maintain accurate data entry in HMIS. · Ensure grant expectations and monthly deliverables are met according to contract requirements. · Responsible for staying up to date with affordable housing developments and other housing market changes · Responsible for staying up to date about local, state, and federal policies as they relate to housing and homelessness · Provide on-going support to the Case Management team to ensure trauma-informed care and Housing First principles are implemented · Create and execute written policies and procedures as it relates to grant requirements and agency need · Demonstrate de-escalations skills and techniques · Develop and maintain relationships with community partners to support the agency mission and vision · Attend local and community meetings as it relates to housing and homelessness Requirements Education and Experience: · Master’s Degree in Social Work or other related field is preferred. Relevant experience may substitute for the education requirement. · Minimum 2 years of experience in social work or related field is preferred Skills and Qualifications: · Knowledge and capability to perform trauma-informed care practices · Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, in person and by telephone. · Strong organizational skills and analytical and problem solving abilities. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and Excel. · Ability to perform work pace appropriate to a given workload Work Environment: General office environment with standard accessible office equipment.
