Salary $43,800

• Case management and case documentation
• Focus on Housing Relations that include rapport and good communication with our landlords
• Responsible for inspecting units before occupancy and as needed while tenants are staying within the unit
• Provide good tenancy education and coach tenants in the importance of maintaining cleanliness for the safety of themselves and their children
• Responsible for checking if tenants are meeting rental and utilities obligations

REQUIREMENTS

• BA/BS required
• This job requires flexibility, a professional demeanor and teamwork, a tenacious and outgoing personality, good judgment and the ability to work with individuals or families regardless of their socio-economic status
• Experience required in services delivered within the community, housing inspections and tenant and landlord obligations
• On-call availability, evening hours and
• Driver’s license with good driving history
