  • In case management, you manage and oversee complex care cases and support our insured members with medical questions and challenges.
  • You analyze disease and treatment processes as well as medical issues in a structured manner and develop individual solutions together with internal and external partners.
  • You coordinate relevant interfaces and work closely with doctors, clinics, rehabilitation and care facilities as well as other healthcare providers.
  • You carefully examine available care options, assess medical and economic aspects, and initiate appropriate measures for case management.
  • You identify potential for optimization in existing processes and actively contribute to the further development of our health and service offerings.
  • You document your work transparently and ensure a high quality of service and advice in supply management.
  • You have successfully completed a degree in healthcare, health management, nursing science, or training in a medical profession.
  • Ideally, you have professional experience in case management, benefits processing, or in the health and insurance sector.
  • You quickly grasp medical concepts and can confidently analyze, evaluate, and classify disease and treatment processes.
  • You tackle complex issues in a structured, solution-oriented manner and with a good understanding of medical and economic contexts.
  • You carefully weigh up different interests and develop sustainable solutions for all parties involved.
  • You communicate confidently and appropriately with insured persons, service providers and internal contacts.
  • You work independently, organize your tasks reliably, and maintain an overview even in challenging situations.
  • Empathy, service orientation and a professional demeanor characterize you.
  • Excellent German skills, both spoken and written (at least C1 level), complete your profile.
