Description

In case management, you manage and oversee complex care cases and support our insured members with medical questions and challenges.
You analyze disease and treatment processes as well as medical issues in a structured manner and develop individual solutions together with internal and external partners.
You coordinate relevant interfaces and work closely with doctors, clinics, rehabilitation and care facilities as well as other healthcare providers.
You carefully examine available care options, assess medical and economic aspects, and initiate appropriate measures for case management.
You identify potential for optimization in existing processes and actively contribute to the further development of our health and service offerings.
You document your work transparently and ensure a high quality of service and advice in supply management.
You have successfully completed a degree in healthcare, health management, nursing science, or training in a medical profession.
Ideally, you have professional experience in case management, benefits processing, or in the health and insurance sector.
You quickly grasp medical concepts and can confidently analyze, evaluate, and classify disease and treatment processes.
You tackle complex issues in a structured, solution-oriented manner and with a good understanding of medical and economic contexts.
You carefully weigh up different interests and develop sustainable solutions for all parties involved.
You communicate confidently and appropriately with insured persons, service providers and internal contacts.
You work independently, organize your tasks reliably, and maintain an overview even in challenging situations.
Empathy, service orientation and a professional demeanor characterize you.
Excellent German skills, both spoken and written (at least C1 level), complete your profile.
