Applicants must have prior working knowledge of the personal injury field with 2 years of experience working in a personal injury law office, handling auto accident cases. Requirements Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Requesting medical records and bills. Print medical records or bills. Drafting Client letters. Drafting demands. Confirm receipt of demands. Monthly case reviews. Property damage, personal injury Rescission/termination letters. Request payment ledgers, arrange statements In-depth analysis of medical records and bills. Demonstrate excellent writing and critical thinking skills. Prepare demand packages for shipment; scanning medical records, bills, and other necessary documentation. Corresponding with providers and insurance adjusters. Fostering and maintaining an excellent rapport with clients through consistent communication. Verifying all client injuries, damages, and other losses have been documented and presented for maximum recovery. Bilingual preferred - Spanish
