An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Case Manager to join Beeerstone Specialist Finance. The post will be for 20 hours a week with flexible working hours between 10am and 5pm.
The Case Manager will be supporting Advisers by engaging with clients, lenders and third parties.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Experience of working in a fast paced environment and juggling multiple tasks effectively and efficiently
  • Must be trustworthy and have a high level of integrity
  • Provide a high level of customer experience
  • Engaging with clients confidently face to face and over the phone
  • Administration experience
  • Self-starter with a positive, proactive, confident attitude
  • Good communication skills and able to build trusting relationships with clients. Must communicate in a fair and clear manner
  • Mortgage experience is desirable but not essential
  • Diary management
Responsibilities
  • Book client appointments
  • Management of client applications from first appointment to completion
  • Assessing client documents and ensuring that they are in line with polices, criteria and compliance
  • Chase documents from clients and help them complete fact finds if required
  • Interact with lenders to ensure smooth progress of client applications
  • Create letters and reports
  • Supporting advisers by conducting research with lenders and preparing for appointments
  • Promote the profile of the business within the profession and wider community
