We’re seeking a full-time Professional I, Behavioral Health Specialist/Case Manager to provide individualized support, behavioral healthcare and non-healthcare services to clients who are overcoming and/or in the recovery stages of behavioral disorders such as mental illness, drug and substance abuse challenges The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor's degree, Associates degree or High school diploma with three years of relevant work experience in the social services field. A valid driver’s license in the State of Ohio with access to an insured vehicle for client transportation. The ability and desire to work closely with other team members. The ability to form effective therapeutic relationships to engage clients in the mutual assessment of problems and goal-setting, and to help coordinate care plans from initial contact through end of service.
