Position Details Provide quality client centered case management services that facilitate recovery and wellness for children & families living with mental health / substance use concerns. The Case Manager will support clinical treatment goals working as part of an interdisciplinary team. Position Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Social work, Masters (in licensable field) preferred * Experience working with children and families * Experience providing services in-home and in community based settings * Valid Drivers license and clean driving record required.
