As a Case Manager in our Family Capacity Building Program, Eurobodalla, you’ll be crucial in delivering client-focused and outcome-based services. Your primary responsibility is to work collaboratively with clients experiencing complex issues within our targeted early intervention service, aiming to reduce risks and create positive change within home environments. You’ll work independently as part of a broader dedicated team, connected daily via Teams and phone. You will support families in meeting their needs, with a focus on cultural inclusivity and trauma-informed care, to improve the lives of vulnerable children.
