In collaboration with the Claims Officers, Injury Management Specialists and other CMI customers and stakeholders, you will ensure durable and timely return to work outcomes are achieved whilst keeping the customer at the centre of everything you do. Your main responsibilities include: Proactively handle all aspects of claims management in alignment with legislation and business rules. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop claims strategies. Engage Account Managers at an appropriate time to identify opportunities to improve performance or resolve issues. Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high organisational standards. About you: Your education, experience and skills will include: Experience in claims management Minimum 2-3 years Workers Compensation experience Competent in the use of Adobe and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Excel An ability to work effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders Sound organisational skills and ability to prioritise a high workload Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Understanding of medical terminology Demonstrated behaviours aligned to our company values and culture - we care, we work together, we make a difference What we offer: Check out our Benefits page to learn more about our Employee Value Proposition!
