Description Case Manager (Wed–Sat | 7:30 AM–6:30 PM) Four-Day Workweek | Three Days Off Every Week | Help People Secure Housing At Central Arizona Shelter Services (CASS), we believe everyone deserves dignity, stability, and a path forward. We are seeking a compassionate and organized Case Manager to help individuals experiencing homelessness secure housing, benefits, and community resources. This is an opportunity to do meaningful work and see the direct impact of your efforts every day. Pay & Benefits $18.00 per hour, then $18.50 per hour after successful completion of the 90-day review Four 10-hour shifts (Wednesday–Saturday) Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday off every week Medical, dental, and vision insurance Up to 4% 403(b) retirement employer match $1,500 annual tuition reimbursement Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time (approximately 32 days off in your first year) What You’ll Do Complete client assessments and orientations Develop individualized case plans Connect clients to housing and community resources Assist with benefits, identification documents, and healthcare access Enter accurate documentation in HMIS Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed Collaborate with internal teams and partner agencies Transport clients to appointments when needed Why Join CASS? Requirements Qualifications Associate degree in a related field, or equivalent human services experience Knowledge of community resources Valid Arizona driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to obtain an Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card Strong documentation and computer skills Preferred: Case management, housing navigation, behavioral health, or homeless services experience Bachelor’s degree Bilingual English/Spanish
