We’re proud of the important work we do across Victoria. Want to be part of it?

  • Make positive changes to the lives of people in the justice system
  • Brand new, state of the art offices overlooking Port Phillip Bay
  • Receive comprehensive training when you commence and throughout your career

Do you want a career making a difference in people’s lives and contributing to the safety of your community but feel a custodial environment isn’t for you? The Department of Justice and Community Safety are looking for people like you to join as a Case Manager with Community Correctional Services.
Community Correctional Services (CCS) is a state-wide service that manages individuals on court orders, people who have committed serious sex offences on post sentence supervision and prisoners on parole.
Evidence suggests that when a person’s risk profile allows it, community-based rehabilitation is more effective at addressing offending behaviour than time in custody.
Based out of justice service centres across Victoria, our team of case managers take charge of the supervision and coordination of services for individuals subject to statutory court orders.

Responsibilities
  • conducting risk assessments
  • preparing case plans
  • providing interventions
  • attempting to address the underlying causes of offending
