We are looking for an individual experienced in TPA/ACC case management to ensure our clients are rehabilitated and reintegrated into the work they love. • Manage a portfolio of client cases of either work or non-work injury claims
• Manage injury claims to meet the Client Service Level Agreements, ACC Audit Standards, legislation and Wellnz’s commitment to quality
• Set clear expectations on what can be supported under the ACC Legislation
• Identify new business opportunities
• Regular progress reporting
