We’re hiring a Case Manager – Haitian Community to serve as a trusted guide and advocate — helping families not just survive, but truly thrive. What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll be much more than a case manager — you’ll be a community connector. You will: 🌿 Provide one-on-one support to Haitian individuals and families — helping them access housing, healthcare, employment, and education. 🌿 Conduct outreach and build partnerships with Haitian-led organizations, churches, and service providers. 🌿 Host workshops in Haitian Creole to educate and empower community members. 🌿 Advocate for families to ensure they receive the services, respect, and resources they deserve.
