Overview $45,000 per year. plus $2,000 per year for qualified bilingual ability. Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of youth and families? As a Family Partner, you will provide one-on-one support to parents and caregivers, helping them navigate child-serving systems and improve the functioning of youth in the community. You’ll collaborate with clinical teams, offer education, advocacy, and resource development, and empower families to achieve better outcomes. Responsibilities Support families with care planning, coaching, and advocacy. Assist parents in navigating systems such as education, mental health, and juvenile justice. Provide high-quality, client-centered care and maintain professional standards. Ensure timely documentation and effective communication. Work closely with interdisciplinary teams and attend required meetings and trainings. Qualifications Lived experience as a guardian or caregiver of a youth with disabilities or mental health challenges is mandatory. Experience in youth/family case work or wraparound care (preferred). Knowledge of mental health, child welfare, or juvenile justice systems is a plus. Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
