ABOUT US
The Salvation Army is a Christian movement and one of Australia’s largest and most-loved charities. We believe in doing good that transforms lives and futures for the better. It is this belief which drives us to find new ways and places where we can make a difference. From times of personal crisis to moments of national grief, we are always here — providing support, safety, community, and opportunity.
Be the Change – Become a Case Manager with J2SI | Your passion can change lives – permanently.
About the role
At The Salvation Army, we believe in a future where long-term homelessness is not inevitable. Through our Journey to Social Inclusion (J2SI) program, we walk alongside those who have experienced chronic homelessness, supporting them to build lasting stability, dignity, and connection.
J2SI is intensive, evidence-based, person-centred, and trauma-informed. Our team is empowered to make a deep impact—offering wraparound support over three years with low caseloads, meaningful relationships, and time to truly understand and empower each participant. Now, we’re inviting a compassionate, resilient, and skilled Case Manager to join us.
Reporting to the Journey to Social Inclusion (J2SI) Team Leader, this is a permanent full-time position, based in Geelong, VIC.
Compensation is in accordance with SCHADS Award Level 5.
