Job Title: Case Manager Department: Mechanical Engineering & Accident Reconstruction  Location: Hybrid, 1 day/week in office  **IN PERSON** Requires local residency in the Denver Metro area, local candidates only please. Position Summary The Case Manager plays a critical role in supporting the Mechanical Engineering and Accident Reconstruction team by managing case logistics, coordinating with legal clients, and ensuring timely, accurate delivery of reports, billing, and documentation. This role requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, professionalism in client communication, and the ability to manage multiple active legal matters simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Case & Project Management * Maintain and manage the company’s database of legal projects, ensuring all critical deadlines, milestones, and deliverables are tracked and met. * Monitor case progress and proactively follow up to supporttimelycompletion of reports, invoicing, and file submissions. * Support multiple engineers and technical experts across concurrent cases. Client & Legal Coordination * Serve as a primary point of coordination with client attorneys, paralegals, and legal staff.Deliver excellent customer service through effective andtimelycommunication. * Communicate with clients to schedule phone conferences, meetings, inspections, depositions, and trial appearances. * Arrange for required prepayments and follow up on outstanding balances as needed. Document Preparation & Quality Control * Review, edit, and format engineering and legal reports for clarity, consistency,andgrammatical accuracy. * Ensure reportscomply withFederal Rule of Civil Procedure 26 requirements,including expert resumes, testimony history, and fee schedules. * Draft and prepare documents such as retainer agreements and other client-facing materials. Reporting, Billing & Invoicing * Review invoices for accuracy andsubmitinvoices alongside engineering reports, drawings, and supporting documentation. * Submit time and expense reports for multiple team membersin accordance withinternal and client requirements. * Send engineering reports, inspection photos, billing documents, and complete case files asrequested. Logistics & Administrative Support * Coordinate travel arrangements for inspections, depositions, and trial testimony. * Organize and manage electronic and physical case filesin accordance withcompany and legal standards. * Provide general administrative and operational support to ensure team efficiency and success. Team & Culture Support * Actively support colleagues to help them succeed, grow, and deliver high-quality work. * Contribute to a collaborative, detail-oriented, and client-focusedteamculture. Required Qualifications * 4+ years of experience ina casemanagement, legal assistant, project coordination, or administrative role (legal, engineering, or professional services environment preferred). * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. * High attention to detail, particularly in document review and formatting. * Proficiencywith Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook,SharePoint).  * Comfort working with highly technical professionals and confidential information. Preferred Qualifications * Experience handling billing, invoicing, and time/expense tracking in a professionalserviceor legal setting. * Experience supportingprofessional services (i.e.engineering, forensic, accident reconstruction,legalor expert witness services). * Familiarity with legal reporting standards, including Rule 26disclosures,isbeneficial.
