The HSPS Case Manager will Coordinator works in collaboration with program staff and supervisors to cultivate a client-centered and trauma-informed approach to service provisions. QualificationsESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct virtual check ins with clients assigned to them at set intervals. Assess client needs and change level of services required as needed. Provide resources that are appropriate and needed to ensure client and family success. Complete and submit reports and other case data entry accurately and within timelines provided. Meet or exceed program productivity expectations on a regular and sustained basis. Ability to perform duties and services remotely from home. Demonstrate Exceptional customer service, in Everything you do, by placing the child, family, Veteran or client first to support our mission to "Empower people to build better lives for themselves, their families, and their communities." Other duties as assigned. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 1 years of experience working with children or youth. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle confidential material in a responsible manner. Able and willing to travel domestically up to 25% of time. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Must pass FBI and CA/N checks. Must be 21 years of age. Driver’s License with clean driving record required. EDUCATION: Undergraduate degree in social work, social sciences, public health, non-profit management, or related field from an accredited college or university preferred; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. EXPERIENCE: See qualifications and education. ATTENDANCE: Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined in the employer’s sole discretion. LICENSES: Valid Driver’s License VEHICLE: N/A OTHER: Must be available and willing to travel to various locations and with such frequency as the business need dictates.
