Case Manager - Low Intensity Care Coordinator (Houston County) This position is based at our Children's Outpatient Clinic in Dothan Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.  Responsibilities: * Interview and determine needs of adolescents/families within the Houston County area * Assist consumers in accessing community services inside and outside of the SpectraCare System * Implement service plans  * Service as a liaison between consumers of the program and other community agencies * Maintain client records using an electronic clinical record system Requirements: * Must have a BS degree in Psychology or related mental health field * Must have a good driving record free from DUI/reckless driving for the past (3) years- will be subject to initial and ongoing MVR checks * Must successfully complete case management training through Alabama DMH and receive certification of that training upon hire Benefits: Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama Health and Dental Insurance Alabama State Retirement Paid holidays Paid time off- sick leave and annual leave Company paid life insurance AD&D and dependent life insurance Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program Participant Troy University Dothan Student Discounts Available
