These roles can be based in either Melbourne or Sydney. Within our team we offer comprehensive training and a genuine opportunity to build a long-term career in Life Insurance Claims. To do this successfully you will: Proactively manage a portfolio of income protection claims Provide support to the team through the management of a high volume of income protection claims, processing payments and providing regular status updates to members Practically apply the policy terms and conditions, analyse medical, financial and other relevant information and engage the appropriate investigation tools to ensure claims are appropriately managed Ensure that members are paid the appropriate rate and within set timeframes Engage with appropriate parties such as Senior Assessors or rehabilitation to ensure sustainable return to work outcomes are facilitated and expected recovery times are understood Successful applications will demonstrate: Insurance experience - Life, General Insurance and/or Workers Comp Ability to prioritise set tasks Maintaining quality stakeholder management/relationships Customer First Approach Why choose AIA: At AIA, we’ve made a promise to help people live healthier, longer, better lives.
