Position Summary: The Case Manager plays a critical role in the Workforce Development Department, ensuring that all participants are eligible, appropriately documented, and fully supported through the intake and case management process. This role focuses on compliance with workforce funding sources (such as WIOA), accurate documentation, referral coordination, and progress tracking through internal systems like myOneFlow. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to supporting underserved individuals through structured pathways to employment. Key Responsibilities: Case Management & Intake Conduct thorough intake assessments for all incoming participants, ensuring all required eligibility documentation is collected and verified. Maintain accurate and timely case files in accordance with organizational and funding guidelines. Track student progress, attendance, and service delivery in internal platforms (e.g., myOneFlow or equivalent). Documentation & Compliance Ensure full compliance with WIOA and other workforce development funding requirements. Upload, file, and manage necessary documents including ID, proof of income, ITIN status, and related eligibility documents. Prepare case files for internal audits, grant reports, and government review. Student Support & Coordination Refer students to internal and external support services (e.g., housing, transportation, health). Collaborate closely with the Support Services Specialist to coordinate student action plans and ensure engagement. Follow up with students regularly to assess needs, document updates, and monitor retention risk factors. Data & Reporting Input all participant data accurately and in real-time into the case management system. Support Workforce Development Director in generating monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports. Contribute data for grant renewals and progress tracking metrics. Qualifications: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Public Administration, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in case management, workforce development, or youth services. Knowledge of WIOA or federally funded employment programs strongly preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Familiarity with digital case management tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work with diverse populations with empathy and cultural awareness. Preferred Qualities: Bilingual is a plus. Experience with justice-involved or undocumented youth and young adults.
