We’re currently seeking a full-time Case Manager. The Case Manager will help individuals with mental and behavioral health challenges access the services and support they need to improve their well-being and maintain stability in their lives. This position will coordinate resources, advocating for the clients, and ensure treatment plans are followed. This position could be based in Spencer, Sheldon, Sibley, Spirit Lake, or Sioux Center, IA. Salary Range $22.00-$26.00 per hour (Commensurate with experience) Requirements A Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, or a related field is required This position requires some travel, so a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required Experience providing case management services for individuals with behavioral health concerns is preferred but not required An active Iowa Bachelor’s of Social Work (BSW) license is preferred but not required Questions About the Job?
