Job Details Job Location: Legal Address - Binger, OK Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $17.00 - $19.00 Hourly Description Job Summary: The Case Manager will provide direct services to youth, families, and individuals impacted by opioid use, substance misuse, and victimization. This position will coordinate comprehensive support services, including advocacy, referrals, and follow-up, to ensure survivors and families receive trauma-informed, culturally relevant, and client-centered care. The Case Manager will work closely with the Program Director, partner agencies, and community providers to strengthen coordinated community responses and expand access to resources. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide case management, crisis intervention for clients affected by opioid misuse, victimization, or related trauma. Conduct intake assessments Provide transportation services to clients when needed. Assist clients in navigating medical, mental health, substance use treatment, housing, and social service systems. Ensure all services are trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and respectful of client confidentiality. Coordination & Collaboration Maintain referral pathways with partner agencies (law enforcement, schools, health providers, recovery programs, courts, and tribal/community resources). Engage with families, youth, and community members to promote prevention, recovery, and empowerment. Program Support Maintain accurate case files, service logs, and documentation in compliance with grant requirements. Participate/ Lead outreach, education, and prevention activities led by the program. Attend required trainings, professional development, and cultural competency workshops. (OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED) Qualifications Qualifications: Associates degree (preferred) in social work, psychology, counseling, criminal justice, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience providing case management, advocacy, or direct services to victims of crime, individuals with substance use disorders, or vulnerable youth. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the six-county service area. Experience and ability to become a certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Familiarity with tribal communities and culturally relevant service delivery preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
