  • Client Support:Interview clients to gather information, provide updates on their application progress, and act as a point of contact for questions and concerns.
  • Document Preparation:Prepare and assemble necessary forms, letters, and other documentation for visa and immigration applications.
  • Case Management:Track the status of cases from start to finish, ensuring all requirements are met and deadlines are met.
  • Compliance & Research:Ensure all applications and processes comply with relevant immigration laws and policies for the specific country.
  • Record Keeping:Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all case activities, communications, and decisions in case management systems.
  • Stakeholder Communication:Liaise with clients, government agencies, and legal counsel to clarify requirements, obtain missing information, and facilitate case resolution.
  • Process Improvement:Analyze data and identify trends to enhance case processing efficiency and best practices.
