Get to Know Your Team: UT Health Tyler, the flagship hospital of the system, has 502 licensed beds specializing in advanced acute care medicine. Our hospital includes a 24-hour ER with Level 1 trauma center, a comprehensive stroke center, more than 500 physicians and a full complement of subspecialty groups. Responsibilities We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN Case Manager to oversee patient care throughout the continuum, particularly for complex orthopedic surgeries. The RN Case Manager will work closely with patients, families, healthcare providers, and the clinic charge nurse to ensure patients leave with all necessary information and are well-supported during their recovery process. The role includes coordinating post-operative care, answering patient inquiries regarding surgery, and ensuring timely discharge planning. Qualifications Job Requirements: ADN required with current RN licensure Two (2) years prior clinical experience, preferably in case management environment(s) BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care
