Education Required – Graduate from a recognized Nursing School or College. Evidence of continuing education courses, conferences or seminars. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. License(s) Required - Current New York State RN License PRI certification within one year of hire. C. Experience / Skills Required – 3-5 years clinical nursing experience, preferably in an acute care hospital. Responsibilities
The Case Manager RN is responsible for engaging with patients and their families, ensuring cultural sensitivity and maintaining clinical competency. They must also stay updated on regulatory and payor requirements while managing conflicts professionally.
