We are currently seeking a Russian-speaking Case Manager to join our growing personal injury team. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for Russian-speaking clients, ensuring clear communication, efficient case management, and consistent follow-through. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and empathetic professional who thrives in a client-facing role. Responsibilities * Serve as the first point of contact for all Russian-speaking calls and inquiries. * Serve as the liaison between attorneys, clients, and potential clients. * Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather information, and ensure satisfaction. * Obtain accident and personal injury details from clients and maintain accurate case records. * Collect, organize, and manage legal documents related to client cases. * Conduct regular follow-ups with clients regarding case progress and required documentation. * Support attorneys by preparing case materials and coordinating client meetings. * Provide a high level of client service while managing sensitive and confidential information. Qualifications * Fluency in Russian and English (required). * Prior experience as a paralegal, case manager, or legal assistant preferred. * Knowledge of personal injury law or accident claims is highly desirable. * Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced legal environment. * Professional demeanor and client-focused approach.
